Provide full range of mediation, arbitration and med-arb services for all rights-based grievances arising in a unionized work environment.
Interest Arbitration and Collective Bargaining
Assist parties engaged in collective bargaining with resolving outstanding items in dispute and concluding a Collective Agreement. Provide interest-based mediation and arbitration of all collective bargaining disputes. Experienced in private and public sector collective bargaining.
Wrongful Dismissal and Employment Law Disputes
Provide full range of mediation services for parties in a non-unionized workplace setting, contemplating or engaged in litigation, including but not limited to wrongful dismissal, executive compensation, human rights, harassment and discrimination, and restrictive covenant issues.
